Senior Sessions – Packages and Pricing
Can you believe it?? You made it! All that’s left is senior year (which, haha, is probably the busiest of them all? But you’re almost there).
Mom of three girls here, so I know exactly what you’re up against. Work deadlines, sports schedules (why do they have to go to Gillette so often?!), and gearing up for college applications…it feels like the minute you get on top of it, something else is added to the pile.
Which is why I’m here, to make scheduling senior photos one of the easiest things you’ll do today.
I currently offer three packages for senior sessions – Deluxe, Classic, and Basic. I’m going to break down each type of session and what it includes, so you can figure out which session is perfect for your senior.

Deluxe Senior Sessions
Deluxe Senior Sessions were created for the senior who wants their senior photos to be An Experience, and not something to check off the to do list. These are the seniors who know exactly what they want – they’ve been pinning outfits for months now, have been growing out their hair since freshman year, and have daydreams about wildflowers.
Deluxe Senior Sessions include:
- 2-3 hour senior session
- All the final images from the session, in an online gallery (75+ images)
- Locations within 100 miles of Cheyenne (or two locations, see below)
- Premium retouching
- Priority editing
- Unrestricted printing rights
- Up to 5 outfits
- Complimentary 8×8 hardcover album (up to 30 pages, $450 value).
Custom Locations/Two Locations
Deluxe Senior clients tend to dream big! They might have a family camping spot at Glendo that would be perfect for their session. Maybe they want to head to Lake Marie, in the Snowy Range? Or are they dreaming of a downtown Denver session?
I get a ton of requests for custom locations, and it can be really hard to make those fit into a Full Session. Deluxe Sessions are a great way to have that location you’ve always dreamed of!
This is also a great package for seniors who can’t choose between the mountains and city. I’m happy to offer the option of a city location + mountain location – at no additional cost. Locations included in this offer are:
- Curt Gowdy, Vedauwoo (choose one)
- Downtown Cheyenne, WY State Capitol, Lions Park/Botanic Gardens, at home location in/near Cheyenne, Central/East/South (choose one)
Note: Both locations will need to be photographed on the same night.
Are you not quite sure what you want, but just know your senior wants something special and different? We can meet for coffee or text/email, and I’m happy to provide a customized list of suggestions in Wyoming and/or northern Colorado, perfect for your session date.
Premium Retouching
Premium Retouching includes the (optional) addition of skin smoothing, blemish removal, and teeth whitening. During the editing process, I will check in with you to find out what level of retouching you and your senior would like on your photos.
This doesn’t include braces removal, transition lens lightening, or other extensive retouching.
Priority Editing
Deluxe Senior Session clients immediately go to the top of my editing queue! While I do my best to have sessions edited in 3 weeks, there are times of year where we can approach the 4 week mark (hello, fall!).
But rather than waiting (and waiting is HARD), Deluxe Session clients will have their gallery delivered within one week of the session (or within one week of the final balance being paid).
Up to 5 Outfits
I have three girls. I know *exactly* how hard it is to narrow down your favorite outfits. There’s also the feeling that your session needs to include all the facets of your life – the sporty you, the girly you, the good time you, the relaxed you. And it can be hard to fit all that into just a couple outfits!
I will warn you that five outfits is not for the faint of heart! It’s a lot of changing (in the car), and those sessions do start to approach the three hour mark. But you can always keep it simple, and rather than changing into your entire basketball uniform, throw a jersey on with those favorite jeans.
I’m still working on a what to wear guide for seniors, but I’m MORE than happy to provide guidance by text! Your senior can send me all the photos of their outfits, and I’m more than give them advice on what will look best in photos.
Props
Deluxe Senior Session clients are also welcome to bring a props to their session. Common props include:
- Truck or car
- Dog
- Letterman jacket
- Tennis racket/football/running shoes/etc
If you’re bringing a vehicle or a pet, let me know ahead of time so I can make sure your session location can accommodate it!
Album
As a mom, my favorite part of the Deluxe Senior Session? The album.
If you are like me (and I bet you are), getting your photos printed is just one. more. thing. I have a wall in my house that has been blank for two years – YEARS – because I had planned on hanging photos of my kids. So I am well aware of how hard it is to get photos off your phone and into your hands!
All Deluxe Senior Sessions include an 8×8 hardcover album, printed by one of my professional labs. You will have the choice of either leather or linen, and your senior’s name will be embossed on the front cover. It includes up to 30 pages, but additional pages can be added at the time of design.
After your session, I will have you and your senior pick out 30 of your favorite images. Once I have your favorites, I will send over a draft design for approval. Once the design is approved, I will get your album ordered and delivered to your door in one week!
Senior albums aren’t just great for the bookshelf (and for flipping through with a glass of wine after you’ve dropped your baby off at the dorms). Set the album out at the graduation party, and have family and friends sign it. Get one for grandma (birthday or Christmas gift!).
Classic Senior Sessions
Classic Senior Sessions are perfect for seniors (or moms!) who are wanting a full gallery of beautiful images, but don’t need the extras that come with a deluxe session. You will still receive all your images in an online gallery, as well as the entire senior photo session.
Classic Senior Sessions include:
- 2 hour senior session
- All the final images from the session, in an online gallery (75+ images)
- One location, within 50 miles of Cheyenne (or two in-town locations)
- Basic retouching
- Unrestricted printing rights
- Up to 3 outfits
Locations
There are a TON of great locations within 50 miles of Cheyenne! The following locations are some of my favorites:
- Curt Gowdy State Park
- Vedauwoo Recreation Area
- Lory State Park (Fort Collins)
- Downtown Cheyenne
- Lions Park/Botanic Gardens
- Wyoming State Capitol
- Downtown Fort Collins
- Hereford Ranch (depending on availability)
I’m also happy to offer a short selection of two location session options for clients who want a mix of urban and nature:
- Downtown Parking Garage/Lions Park
- State Capitol Building/Lions Park
Basic Retouching
Basic Retouching includes blemish removal. You can upgrade (before or after your session) to Premium Retouching for $75.
Gallery Delivery
Classic Senior Sessions are delivered to your inbox within 3 weeks of the session (or final payment).
If you need your session sooner than 3 weeks, a $100 rush fee can be applied to your session balance and your session will be delivered in one week from time of payment.
Up to 3 Outfits
Classic Senior Sessions include up to 3 outfits. For some seniors, this may be as simple as a change of shirt and shoes, but for others it may be three completely different looks! As with Deluxe Sessions, I’m more than happy to provide input on outfit choices as we approach your session date.
Props
As with Deluxe Sessions, Classic Senior Session clients are welcome to bring a couple props to their session. Common props include:
- Truck or car
- Dog
- Letterman jacket
- Tennis racket/football/running shoes/etc

Basic Senior Session
Basic Senior Sessions are for seniors who really just need one or two images for the yearbook. They’re meant to be quick sessions, and are scheduled back-to-back at predetermined locations. While they include up to 5 images for download, you can purchase additional images after receiving your gallery.
Basic Senior Sessions include:
- 30 minute senior session
- Up to 5 images for download
- Predetermined location (Lions Park or Curt Gowdy)
- One outfit, no props
- Printing rights for images purchased
Locations
To keep these sessions short and sweet, I offer them at predetermined locations (Lions Park and Curt Gowdy). These sessions are scheduled back-to-back, so make sure to be on time! No refunds on your deposit if you miss your scheduled session time.
Gallery Delivery
Basic Senior Sessions are delivered to your inbox within 3 weeks of the session (or final payment).
You will be able to download up to 5 high resolution images. Additional images can be purchased for $25 each, or $400 for the full gallery. Full gallery purchases include both high resolution images as well as images sized for web. In galleries that do not include all the images, only high resolution images are provided.
One Outfit
Since these sessions are meant to get you just a couple images, only one outfit is included.
Props
No props are included with Basic Senior Sessions.
